About Theresa Wooldridge

Theresa joined Erin’s real estate business in 2021, after working together for many years supporting and volunteering at their neighborhood schools. As Erin’s trusted right hand, Theresa is dedicated to making every client’s buying and selling journey as smooth and seamless as possible. With a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and genuine care, she strives to deliver exceptional service at every step. Her background in running a newspaper subscription department gives her a vast knowledge of the Atlanta area. That, in combination with her hands-on home renovation projects and a knack for organization, has proven to be a winning combination in real estate.

When she’s not assisting clients, Theresa enjoys training her dog, Penny, in agility and tricks, and doing CrossFit. Outside of that, you can often find her immersed in a good book, tending to her garden, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen to try on her good-natured husband, Andy. Theresa and Andy are also proud parents of Joe and Grace and halfway to being full-time empty nesters.
